These Terms govern use of NBL Chat™, Beans, and related New Beansland™ mobile services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
What NBL Chat is
NBL Chat is a New Beansland experience that combines public New Beansland content with conversational AI through Beans. Some features may require an account, membership, or a special role.
AI disclaimer
Beans is an AI system. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Responses are provided for general informational and creative assistance and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Independently verify information before making important legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
New Beansland canon
New Beansland-specific facts and continuity are controlled by New Beansland sources and Founder-approved decisions. An AI response does not create, change, or approve New Beansland canon, policy, release status, contracts, spending, or other official decisions.
Accounts and role access
You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Founder, First Lady, staff, beta, or other privileged roles are server-authorized and may not be impersonated, shared, bypassed, or self-assigned. Access to unreleased or internal material does not grant permission to publish or redistribute it.
Free use and membership
NBL Chat is intended to be free to install, and non-AI public browsing remains free. Ordinary users may receive 10 successful Beans AI replies as a free allowance. After that allowance is exhausted, New Beansland Membership may be offered at $4.99 USD per month with up to 300 successful Beans replies per billing period. Failed AI requests do not count toward an allowance. Unused paid replies do not roll over. If you cancel, paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Subscription availability and purchase processing are subject to Google Play Billing and may not be offered until that integration is active.
Acceptable use
Do not use NBL Chat to break the law, compromise accounts or systems, evade access controls, harvest private information, impersonate authorized New Beansland roles, interfere with the service, or distribute restricted New Beansland material without permission. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or New Beansland rights.
Intellectual property
NBL Chat™, Beans branding and presentation, New Beansland™, site/app design, original text, artwork, characters, stories, media, seals, marks, and other original New Beansland materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Unless permission is expressly granted, use of the service does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected New Beansland material.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you already have in content you submit. You grant the limited permissions necessary for New Beansland and its service providers to process your submissions so the requested feature can function, including generating AI responses and providing support.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as NBL Chat develops. We may update these Terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. Updated terms will carry a new effective date.
Warranty and liability
NBL Chat is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
