• For a technical issue, describe what you were doing, what happened, and your device type if known.
• For billing issues, do not email full payment-card information. Google Play handles Android subscription payment credentials.

Beans and AI

Beans is an AI system. For New Beansland-specific questions, the app is designed to use approved New Beansland knowledge when available. AI responses can still make mistakes. Report incorrect or concerning behavior through support so it can be reviewed.
