Delete Your Account & Data

Last updated: September 11, 2026

NBL Chat users can request deletion of their account and associated NBL Chat data. This page exists so you can make that request even if the app is no longer installed or you cannot access it.

Delete from inside NBL Chat

When signed in, open the app's account/settings area, choose Delete Account / Delete My Data, review the warning, and confirm the request. The app will sign you out when the deletion process is completed or accepted for processing.

Request deletion without the app

Email New Beansland from the email address connected to your NBL Chat account. Use the subject NBL Chat Account Deletion Request and state that you want your NBL Chat account and associated data deleted.

Request account deletion

If you no longer have access to the account email, explain that in your message. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

What deletion covers

Deletion is intended to remove or disassociate account-linked NBL Chat records such as account/profile identifiers, app role grants, usage/allowance records, session records controlled by New Beansland, and other account-associated application data that is not required to be retained.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing/accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Data processed by third-party providers may also be subject to those providers' applicable retention and deletion processes.

Subscriptions

Deleting an NBL Chat account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription. If New Beansland Membership is active, manage or cancel that subscription through Google Play before or after requesting account deletion as appropriate. Paid access remains subject to the Google Play billing status and applicable paid period.
